Your coach. You're the hero.
Free to use, with no card and no trial clock
Coachero keeps training, food, sleep and steps in one place, then does the part a tracker never does: it reads the whole picture back to you and says what to change this week.
Installs from the browser, no app store required.

How it works
Three things, in the order you actually do them. Every call it makes is data-driven: your sessions, your meals, your numbers, nobody else's.
Photograph the plate, scan a barcode or a label, say it out loud, or tap one of your usuals. Sets and reps go in as you lift, with a rest timer running.
Training, food, body weight, measurements, sleep and steps are one dataset. Dozens of detectors watch it for plateaus, imbalance, protein timing, recovery and drift.
Specific calls in your own numbers: add 2.5 kg, 39 more pulling sets this month, go lighter Thursday, each one showing the data it was drawn from.
Features
Nutrition apps can't see your training. Training apps can't see your food. Coachero's coaching only works because it sees both.
Screens
Built for a phone in a gym: large type, one accent, and the number you came for at the top of every card.

Pricing
The daily loop (logging, sessions, insights, your numbers) is free and stays free. Pro raises the daily coaching allowances and adds the long-form coaching.
Getting started
No card, no download, and no onboarding questionnaire before you can see anything.
Free. Unlimited logging, every insight, every chart.
Works in your browser, no app store required. Add it to your home screen in two taps. You must be 18 or older.
One meal and one session is enough for the coach to have something to say by the weekend.
Questions
It estimates them, and it shows you what it estimated so you can correct it. Every item in a photo or label scan is editable before you log it, and every logged row stays editable afterwards. If an estimate fails, your row is still saved and the number fills in later rather than costing you the entry.
Yes. Coachero uses AI to read your training and nutrition data and turn it into specific calls: which lift has stalled, where protein is landing, what to change this week. What separates it from a chatbot is that every answer is drawn from your own logged numbers and names the sessions and days behind it, and every estimate stays editable, before you log it and after.
No. Each insight appears once there's enough of that particular signal to say something honest, and it tells you what it read: "drawn from 169 sessions over 28 days". The more you log, the more of them apply, but nothing is gated behind a perfect streak.
Yes. Coachero is on Google Play. It also runs in the browser and installs to your home screen from there, so you can use it today on any phone with no store at all. It's the same app either way.
It's stored so the app can show it back to you, and when you use a coaching feature the part it needs is sent to the third-party processor that generates the response. We don't sell it. You can export everything from inside the app, and deleting your account removes it. Every processor is named in the privacy policy.
No. Coachero is a fitness and nutrition tool, not a medical device or a clinician. Talk to a professional about anything medical, and treat every number here as an estimate to work with rather than a prescription.
